This TV spot ran on the Super Bowl. We had promotions running where we passed out faux tickets to the Super Bowl with Footballs printed saying, "Watch us on the Big Game."
We set up watch parties. We sent out direct mail to all their stakeholders... Realtors, Vendors, Subs, Homebuilders, City Managers, etc.
It was a massive undertaking and went off with just one hitch.
Fox decided to air our "in game" spot 20 minutes after the game.
No lawsuit was allowed by the client. But they never forgot it.
And we took the blame.
